On-campus residence

Not available to ESL Students

Residence is more than just a place to live; it is your home away from home. We accommodate almost 2,500 students in seven residence complexes. We offer three styles of residence living: traditional, townhouse and suite-style.

Please note: Brock must receive your application and fee prior to the deadline of June 1, 2021.

Off-campus living

Niagara offers safe and affordable housing options including individual apartments, and shared student housing that are just minutes from Brock’s main campus. Shared accommodation options are available for as low as $400 per month, which is less than half the cost of an average rental in Toronto.

Brock Homestay

For ESL Students Only

Brock Homestay provides students with the opportunity to live with a Canadian family while studying at Brock. This is a great opportunity to practise your English, as well as learn about Canadian culture.
