Goodman supports students
As a current student in either the BAcc or BBA degree program, you will receive an education to help you launch a successful business career. Your education inside and outside the classroom will enhance you personally and professionally and we encourage you to explore both.
The majority of resources for current undergraduate students, can be found via our student portal. The student portal is your primary communication tool with our Academic Advisors and Career Coordinators, who are here to assist you with course and career choices, program planning and guidance throughout your academic career.
We are pleased to acknowledge our students who have achieved academic excellence by being inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honours Society (BGS). This is the highest recognition a business student anywhere in the world can receive. Students who achieve membership in BGS are recognized as the top business students in the world.
There are multiple opportunities for you to be invited to become a member through our chapter. Eligibility for Beta Gamma Sigma is based on overall average. The top 10% of Goodman undergraduate students and the top 20% of Goodman graduate students are invited to membership.
Students are placed on the Dean’s Honours List if they have completed 5 credits with an average of 80 percent in those credits. Students are considered for this recognition at the 5, 10, 15 and 20 credit milestones.
Worth up to $8,000, this scholarship is awarded to new and graduating Goodman School of Business students who demonstrate at least two of the following:
- Leadership in school life and community life or evidence of entrepreneurial talent;
