Overnight parking spaces for the study/social area (Plaza Building) is provided in the first row of Zone 1 on the immediate east side of Flora Egerter Way. This area will have signs for easy identification. View the map of designated spaces.
If you are studying in the Plaza Building study/social space, you may park there only from 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. See below for the parking requirements.
Brock permit holders displaying a valid permit may park in these spaces from 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. at no additional charge. Brock permit holders will be required to move their cars at 6:30 a.m. to their designated permit lot or move their vehicles off campus.
Non-permit holders must display a valid pay and display receipt purchased that day from any of Brock’s pay and display machines or purchased earlier in the day from the D Lot visitor parking kiosk. The fee is $12 and the receipt is only valid until 6:30 a.m. Non-permit holders will be required to move their vehicles by 6:30 a.m. to a pay parking lot,or meter, or move their vehicles off campus.
The study/social designated parking spaces revert to parking for Zone 1 permit holders at 6:30 a.m. daily. Vehicles without a valid Zone 1 permit parked in this area before 10 p.m. or after 6:30 a.m. risk being ticketed and/or towed. Parking prior to 10 p.m. or after 6:30 a.m. must be in other campus lots (with appropriate permits) or pay areas (with valid receipts)

Brock’s overnight parking regulations remain the same. Parking on Brock’s campus is enforced 24/7 year round. With the exception of the study/social spaces in Zone 1, and spaces in residence parking lots M, S and QV, there is no overnight parking provided in any other location between 2–5 a.m. daily.
