If the refund is requested and the permit dropped off in the Parking Services Dropbox in the Campus Store before April 1st 2023, customers may receive a refund for any full-month(s) remaining on their 2022-2023 parking permit.

Any permit request received on or after April 1st will not be issued a refund.

Please note that there will be an administrative fee of $15.00 for all refunds that are processed.

For refunds requested for permits paid via payroll deduction, there may be additional costs associated with the refund depending on the time requested in the pay schedule. When appropriate, this administrative fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.
