Our most common questions are answered in our FAQ . If the FAQ does not answer your question, or for service requests and help with ITS related matters, please submit a Help Desk Ticket or contact us at one of our convenient locations:

Student advisors are not responsible for assisting with class work and assignments; these requests should be directed towards instructors and/or teaching assistants.
Any issues that cannot be resolved will be submitted to the ITS Request system and promoted to a higher support level.
