As a Brock student, you can spend your summer exploring the world, and gaining real-world experience. We offer programs that qualify for academic credit towards your Brock degree, internships, and field courses. With courses taught in English, and financial scholarships available, it’s never been easier to discover the world.

Program: Global Experiences – Virtual Internships
Locations: Varies
Academic Credit: Add-on option (Possible 0.5-1.0 credits) (Contact for details)

Dates: 8- or 12-week internship; Rolling start dates

Application Due: At least 2 weeks prior to the Global Experiences application deadline

Program: UMAP-COIL Joint Honors Program
Host Institution: Institute for Innovative Global Education (IIGE) at  Kansai  University
Delivery : Online
Dates: July 27 –  September  15, 2020  (Additional pre- and post-programming is required)
Cost: Free (Note: If applying to transfer the  credit  to Brock, there is a Letter of Permission fee)

Brock Study Abroad Application is due July 5 th , 2020. Successful applications for the Brock Study Abroad program will then complete the UMAP-COIL application.

Students will cover topics relating to: the French Model of Sports Management, Managing major sporting events including the running and bidding process and the Rugby World Cup 2023, and sport sponsorship and marketing. Included in the experience are virtual site visits to Reims FC and Carbon Champagne – official sponsor of Formula 1 and Bugatti.
